To eliminate exceptions on short-term credit arrangements from the ban on bank loans to the South African private sector; to eliminate exceptions on reinvestment of profits from the prohibition on new investments by U.S. corporations doing business in S.A., to prohibit the importation of S.A. agricultural products and iron and steel, and to prohibit the export or sale of crude oil or petroleum products to S.A. entities.
