SAMDT 2860 (100th)
To provide that the limitations of the importation on the aggregate quantity of textiles and textile products proscribed under subsections (a) through (f) shall not apply to any country that, in calendar 1987, purchased more textile products produced in the United States than exported such products to the U.S.
