SAMDT 357 (105th)
To provide children who have been victims of violent crime the ability to transfer to another school by allowing states and local educational agencies to use Federal eductation funds in the jurisdiction of the Labor Committee to assist such victims in attending any other school of their choice, whether public, private, or sectarian.
