SAMDT 372 (99th)
To provide that none of the funds made available to the Department of the Interior or the Forest Service during fiscal year 1985 by this or any other Act may be used to implement the proposed jurisdictional interchange program within the states of Arizona, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Wyoming and North Dakota.
