SAMDT 394 (99th)
Providing that, 60 days before any notification of the Secretary General of the United Nations of the intent of the United States that its declaration of acceptance of the compulsory jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice shall not apply to a certain dispute, the President shall prepare and transmit to the Congress a report setting forth his reasons for such notification.
