SAMDT 408 (99th)
To provide that funds hereafter provided for demonstration of magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) technology shall become available for obligation only upon the execution of a cost-sharing agreement between the Department of Energy and the private sector which provides that a minimum of 50 percent of the cost shall be borne by the private sector.
