SAMDT 412 (99th)
To provide that of the funds provided for Jordan, not more than 33 1/3 percent may be disbursed before September 30, 1985, not more than 50 percent may be disbursed before March 31, 1986, not more than 66 2/3 percent may be disbursed before September 30, 1986, and not more than 85 percent may be disbursed before March 31, 1987, and that funds not utilized for programs, projects, or other activities in Jordan must be returned to the United States Treasury.
