SAMDT 517 (99th)

To require the President to transmit to the Speaker of the House and the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, within 18 months of enactment but not later than March 1, 1987, and every twelve months thereafter, a report naming any signatory country of the Final Act of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe which is not in substantial compliance with the provision of the Act, particularly the human rights and humanitarian affairs provisions, and recommending which sanctions should be imposed on any such non-complying signatory country.
