Striking section 5, which extends the relief of liability of section 4 to the employees of the owner or operator of the aircraft, the entire air crew of the aircraft, and the owner or operator itself, and which relieves the person on clause 1 from civil liability arising from the carriage, and provision to appropriate people, of medical supplies in accordance with FAA regulations.
