SAMDT 665 (99th)
Providing that the President shall, in contracting or arranging for response action to be undertaken pursuant to contracts or cooperative agreements funded in accordance with the Act, agree to hold harmless and indemnify a contracting or subcontracting party against claims, including the expenses of litigation or settlement by third persons for death, bodily injury or loss of or damage to property arising out of performance of a cleanup agreement.
