SAMDT 724 (100th)
To provide that no citizen or national shall be permitted to lawfully enter the United States, either temporarily or permanently, unless prior to such entry such citizen or national has presented satisfactory evidence that they have, within the last 12 months before entry, been tested for the AIDS Virus.
