SAMDT 912 (100th)
To provide that if an election has been made with respect to a former spouse of a member of the Foreign Service under section 2109 or 806(f), then the survivor annuity under subsection (a) of such former spouse shall be equal to the full amount of the participant's or former participant's annuity referred to in subsection (a) less the amount of such election.
