SAMDT 99 (101st)
To express the sense of the Senate that a target for maximum debt held by the public be set, that the appropriate committees of the Congress shall consider legislation strengthening budget procedures to promote compliance with this target and shall consider budget procedures which would take effect in the event that the target is exceeded.
