SUAMDT 1294 (97th)
The amendment would conform the grandfather clause of title VI to other grandfather provisions of the Bank Holding Company Act and the International Banking Act. As a matter of equity, it would allow a company that has entered into a binding written contract on or before the grandfather date to engage in activities through the acquired company.
