Summary
Provides that States may enact and enforce laws of a purely regulatory nature which bear upon Indian off-reservation hunting and fishing rights. Declares that State legislation which deals with the time and manner of hunting or fishing activities is in furtherance of and not in derogation of treaties between the U.S. Government and the various Indian tribes.
