Summary
Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Interior, subject to the supervision of the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial Commission, to construct the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial in accordance with the general design approved by the Commission on Fine Arts in West Potomac Park in the District of Columbia. Authorizes appropriations in such amounts as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
