Constitutional Amendment - Prohibits any governmental authority from requiring a school or school district, desegregated within the meaning of Title IV of the Civil Rights Act, to (1) force the busing of students; (2) require the abolishment of any desegregated school; or (3) transfer a student over the protest of such student's parents to or from a particular school because of the race, creed, or color of such student.
