Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire lands and establish the Kalaupapa National Historical Park in the State of Hawaii. Authorizes appropriations of such sums as are necessary to operate and maintain the park. Stipulates that funds necessary to accomplish the acquisition of park lands and to create or improve park facilities for the first three years following enactment of this resolution shall be drawn from the land and water conservation fund.
