Summary

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that: (1) the "Declaration of Freedom" adopted by Cuban exiles should be patriotically considered by all Cubans in exile; (2) such declaration should serve to unite those pledged to restoring Cuban liberty and independence; and (3) it should be the objective the United States to commend and encourage recognition and respect for the declaration.
