Summary
Grants a license and authorizes the commanders of several lobster fishing vessels, by force of arms, to seize vessels of any foreign country who, in any way, interfere with the lobster fishing vessels of any citizen of the United States. Directs that offending vessels be brought to a convenient port in the United States in order that the courts may condemn the captures if they be adjudged lawful prize. Provides that this commission shall continue until Congress issues orders otherwise.
