Summary
Establishes the Astronauts Memorial Commission to erect and maintain a memorial on real property of the United States in the John F. Kennedy Space Center, Florida, or the immediate vicinity, in honor and in commemoration of the men, living and dead, who serve as astronauts in the United States space program. Authorizes the Commission to accept donations of real property, personal property, and services to carry out the purposes of this Act. Allows the Commission to charge visitors entrance fees to any memorial constructed under this Act, and such fees shall be used to carry out the provisions of this Act, including maintaining such memorial.
