Summary
Requires the Administrator of the General Services Administration to hold an annual meeting of Federal Government computer users to be attended by the Information Resources Manager of each agency. Requires the Administrator to report annually to the House Committee on Appropriations on the Users' Group meeting, including estimates of the obtainable savings, if recommendations were to be adopted, and the effectiveness of the group in sharing automated data processing experiences and concerns. Authorizes appropriations.
