Summary
Constitutional Amendment - Provides that Members of the House of Representatives shall be chosen every fourth year. Directs that no Member of the House shall be a candidate for election as a Senator for a six-year term which begins before the expiration of a term of the office held by him unless he resigns from such office at least 90 days prior to such election.
