Summary
Creates a seven-member Commission on the Political Status of Guam. Directs the Commission to conduct a complete evaluation of the Organic Act of Guam, recommend possible changes in the Act and report to Congress what political status would be most appropriate for Guam. Provides the Commission with the authority to hold hearings and issue subpenas. Authorizes the Commission to spend any funds it deems necessary to accomplish the purpose of this Act.
