Summary
Directs the Department of Labor in cooperation with the Bureau of the Census to immediately begin to undertake the collection and compilation of data in order to provide for the monthly publication by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, beginning not later than January 1972, of the nationwide unemployment rate among Spanish-speaking Americans. Provides that the Bureau of the Census and the Department of Labor and the Department of Agriculture shall undertake further efforts to collect and publish regularly statistics which provide indicators of the social and economic condition of Spanish-speaking citizens in urban and rural America.
