Summary
Requires the Director of the Census to compile and publish statistics with respect to the total population of Filipinos in the United States. Provides that such information shall be provided for the 1980 census and each census thereafter. Requires that the Filipinos be considered a specific minority group for purposes of Federal programs. Directs the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to prescribe regulations establishing a definition of the term "Filipino".
