Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture, with the Secretary of State and the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, to organize and convene, during fiscal year 1978, an international conference of Northern Hemisphere nations on the effects of long-range transport of air pollutants, especially as manifested in acid rain and snow, on agricultural crops, livestock, forests, and associated ecosystems. Requires the Secretary to report to Congress on the conference and to make recommendations as to appropriate changes in domestic and foreign policy.
