Summary
Constitutional Amendment - Provides for the presidential and vice presidential terms of office to commence on the 20th day of November and the congressional terms of office to commence on the 15th day of November in the year of elections to such offices. Requires Congress to assemble on November 15. Repeals sections 1 and 2 of Amendment 20.
