Constitutional Amendment - States that a person who is a citizen of the United States shall be eligible to the Office of President if he has been a resident of the United States for a total of at least fourteen years at any time previous preceding the date on which commences the term of office for which he is elected, and if he is otherwise eligible to hold such office.
