Summary
Provides that no security assistance may be furnished Angola to aid in military or paramilitary operations, or to provide police training, assistance or advice. Stipulates that such assistance may be provided only if specifically authorized under the Foreign Assistance Act. Defines "security assistance" to include: (1) sales of defense articles, extension of credits, and guaranteed loans under the Foreign Military Sales Act; (2) deliveries pursuant to any license in effect with respect to the transportation of arms, ammunition or implements of war; and (3) assistance for public safety under the Foreign Assistance Act.
