Constitutional Amendment - Provides that each judge of the Supreme Court and each judge of an inferior court established by Congress under section 1 of Article III of the Constitution shall hold his office during good behavior for terms of eight years. States that additional eight year terms of office shall be subject to the advice and consent of the Snate.
