Summary
Establishes a delegation and authorizes it to organize and participate in a convention made up of similar delegations from North Atlantic Treaty parliamentary democracies. States that the purpose of the convention shall be to explore the possibility of agreement on a declaration that it is the goal of their peoples to achieve a more effective unity based on Federal or other democratic principles. Authorizes the appropriation of $200,000 to carry out the purposes of this Act.
