Summary
Counterfeit Access Device and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1985 - Amends the Federal criminal code to provide penalties for any person who accesses a computer without authorization or with authorization for purposes to which such authorization does not extend and either obtains anything or causes a loss of a value aggregating $5,000. Establishes penalties for knowingly accessing a computer with the intent to defraud and by such conduct obtaining anything of value aggregating $5,000.
