Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to sell specified lands in Mesa County, Colorado, to the Ute Water Conservancy District for fair market value less any enhancement brought to the land by the District. Authorizes the Secretary to determine whether payment shall be by cash or a land exchange of equivalent value. Authorizes the District to fill the Jerry Creek Reservoir in view of the critical shortage of precipitation on certain Colorado watersheds.
