Summary

Voters' Information Act - Requires the posting in a prominent place in each post office, information with respect to the qualifications for registration and voting, the places, dates, and times for registration and voting at elections in the area served by such post office. Requires the posting in each post office: (1) the names and office addresses of the United States Senators from the State, (2) the Representative in Congress from the congressional district in which such post office is situated, (3) the names and office addresses of the Representatives to the State legislature from the area in which the post office is situated, and (4) information on the availability and cost of Western Union public opinion messages to the President, Vice President, and Members of Congress. Requires the Postmaster General to prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
