Summary
Casa Grande Ruins National Monument Boundary Modification Act of 2005 - Modifies the boundary of the Casa Grande Ruins National Monument (Monument). Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire certain lands from the State of Arizona for the expansion of the boundaries of the Monument. Transfers jurisdiction over certain Federal land in the Monument from the National Park Service to the Bureau of Indian Affairs to allow for the widening and paving of the San Carlos Irrigation Project.
