Summary

Directs the Secretary of Commerce to submit to Congress all of the questions to be included in any quinquennial census of: (1) manufacturers, mineral industries, and other businesses; (2) agriculture; or (3) governments. Prohibits the Secretary from including in any such census or in the decennial census of the population any question which is not submitted to Congress, or which both Houses of Congress disapprove by concurrent resolution.
