Summary
Stipulates, under the provisions of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act, that eligible applicants for funding shall hire veterans in connection with filling transistional public service jobs, on a ratio set forth in this Act. Stipulates that those veterans to be hired under this Act shall have been discharged from active duty under conditions other than dishonorable.
