Summary
Temporary Bankruptcy Judgeships Extension Act of 2011 - Extends the temporary office of bankruptcy judges authorized for specified districts under the Bankruptcy Judgeship Act of 1992 and other provisions of the federal judicial code until the applicable vacancy occurs in the office of a bankruptcy judge in such respective districts. Prohibits filling specified bankruptcy judge vacancies occurring more than five years after enactment of this Act and resulting from the death, retirement, resignation, or removal of a bankruptcy judge.
