Summary
Provides, under the National Environmental Policy Act, that in any case in which a committee of Congress requests the comments or recommendations of one or more Federal agencies with respect to any bill or resolution referred to that committee, such agencies shall, as an integral part of their response to the committee request, include a detailed statement on the environmental impact of the bill or resolution. (Amends 42 U.S.C. 4332)
