Summary

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to review, within two years after the date of the enactment of this Act, as to its suitability for preservation as wilderness, the "Mount Zirkel Wilderness Study Area," Routt National Forest, Colorado. Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to conduct his review, and the President to advise, within four years from enactment of this Act, the Congress of his recommendations. Authorizes appropriations of such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
