Summary
Extends the class of injuries for which disabled veterans and members of the Armed Forces may receive automobiles (or other conveyances) and adaptive equipment to include those losses and impairments of an anatomical part resulting in severe hardship with respect to automobile operation or transportation in other conveyances. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 1901,1902)
