Summary
Recreational Waters Protection Act - Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to publish a revised standard for new Type I marine sanitation devices ("Type IA" devices). Amends the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to make State authority to prohibit the discharge of sewage (whether treated or not) inapplicable to vessels that operate a Type IA device that meets the standards revised pursuant to this Act.
