Summary

Low-Income Families Flood Insurance Access Act - Amends the National Flood Insurance Act to provide for a 50 percent discount in the chargeable premium flood insurance rates, for a limited period, for specified low-cost properties (principal residences valued at not more than $75,000) that are located within any area not previously designated as an area having special flood hazards that becomes designated as such an area.
