Summary

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to revoke the registration of any futures commission merchant or floor broker who accepts any order for the purchase or sale of any commodity for future delivery or any contract market from any person who has been found in violation of specified provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act, or who, himself, is a person who has been found in such violation. Requires persons selling commodities for export to inform the Secretary, within 48 hours after such sale, of specified items concerning such sale.
