Summary

Provides, under the Bank Holding Company Act, that the exemption from the prohibition of the Act against holding interests in nonbanking organizations shall no longer be afforded to any holding company which is a labor, agricultural, or horticultural organization. (Amends 12 U.S.C. 1843(c))
