Summary

States that the construction authorized by this Act shall be for flood control and safety of dams purposes and not for the purpose of providing additional conservation storage capacity, or developing benefits over and above those provided by the original dam and reservoir. Authorizes an appropriation for the construction of a larger spillway for Belle Fourche Dam and for the improvement of upstream slope protection on the dam the sum of $3,250,000.
