Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to study the feasibility and desirability of enlarging the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, California, to include additional specified lands. States that such study shall be coordinated with other planning activities and shall include consultation with other interested Federal agencies, local bodies and officials of California, California conservation organizations, and other private California entities. Requires a report, within two years, on the findings of the study, to be submitted to the President and the Congress. Authorizes the appropriation of sums necessary to carry out this Act.
