Summary
Amends the Public Buildings Act of 1959 to require that from one-half to one percent of any funds appropriated for the construction of certain public buildings be used for the creation and acquisition of artwork for such building. Directs the establishment of a commission for each such public building to select the type of artwork to be created or acquired for such building. Sets forth the procedure for selecting such artwork.
