Summary
Prohibits the Secretary of the Interior, except if an Indian tribe requesting the acquisition of trust lands obtains the concurrence of the Governor of the State and local legislative bodies, from acquiring lands for the conduct of gaming activities if such lands are located outside the boundaries of an Indian tribe's reservation. Requires lands acquired in trust after July 31, 1985, to automatically lose such status if such lands are used for gaming activities.
